GMP 용어 - 변경관리(Change Control)

변경관리(Change Control) : 밸리데이션 시설, 시스템 설비 또는 공정에 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것으로 예상되거나 실제 발생한 변경을 검토할 수 있는 적절한 원칙의 검증된 일반적 시스템. 변경 관리의 목적은 밸리데이션된 상태로 시스템이 유지되는 것을 보장하도록 하는 활동에 대한 필요성을 결정하는 것이다.

 

A formal system by which qualified representatives of appropriate disciplines review proposed or actual changes that might affect a validated status of facilities, systems, equipment or processes. The intent is to determine the need to action that would ensure that the systmen is maintained in an validated state.
