GMP 용어 : 경고한계 (Alert limits)

-경고한계(환경모니터링) : 정상적인 작업조건에서 벗어나는 잠재적인 추이에 대하여 조기 경보를 주기위해 설정하는 미생물 또는 미립자 수준으로 명확한 시정 조치를 실시할 근거가 되지는 않지만 추후 조사를 실시해야 한다.

Alert limits (environmental monitoring) : Established microbial or particulate levels giving early warning of potential drift from normal operating conditions which are not necessarily grounds for definitive corrective action but which follow up investigation.

 

 

-경고한계(배지 충전) : 양성 배지 충전 단위에 대하여 설정하는 기준 또는 개수로 원인을 조사하여야 하나 명확한 시정 조치를 실시할 근거가 되지는 않는 기준

Alert limits(Media fill) : Established levels of numbers of positive media filled units, the cause of which should be investigated, but which are not necessarily grounds for definitive corrective action.
